Grad Programmes

FirstRand selects exceptional students for two graduate programmes (one for CAs and one for quants and data analysts) that provide practical and immersive participation in the complex but exciting world of financial services.

Both programmes offer great benefits. In addition to becoming a quant, data analyst or CA, you will be encouraged to study further (e.g. CFA, FRM, actuary exemptions). These studies are paid for by FirstRand and the group offers study leave benefits in line with the industry. You will also have the opportunity to develop a solid understanding of financial services through stimulating and diverse rotations through the group's different businesses.
